📋 Description

• Lead design and build Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Set and enforce architecture, performance, memory, and maintainability standards.
• Advance accessibility via UI Automation; ensure keyboard focus and screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and stakeholders on UI/UX and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture & .NET to native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive design.
• Solid CS fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory and multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
