🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
Deep interop knowledge between .NET and native code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
Proven track record shipping production Windows apps.
Strong accessibility experience with UI Automation and related APIs.
Excellent fundamentals: OOP, patterns, memory, multi-threading.
Experience leading design reviews and architecture decisions.
