📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop app design with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++.
• Define and enforce best practices: architecture, performance, memory, responsive UI.
• Drive accessibility via UI Automation; ensure focus, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with design, UX, and QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle: conception to release and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessibility.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
