📋 Description

• Lead design/architecture of Windows desktop apps (WinApp SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, C++ as needed).
• Define/enforce Windows dev best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI, compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: ensure UIA or similar; focus, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with product/design/QA to shape UI/UX and roadmap for Windows.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, including interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
