📋 Description

• Lead design and dev of Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++.
• Define and enforce architecture, performance, memory, and cross-version UI best practices.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation and screen-reader support.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders on UI/UX roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve bugs, perf bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ also.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) for inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
