📋 Description

• Lead design and build native Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and UX to shape feature plans and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance; ensure quality.
• Identify and fix bugs, perf bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ bonus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between managed/native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, maintainability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading/async.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
