- Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML
- Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, responsive UI
- Lead accessibility: UIA APIs, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen readers
- Collaborate with design and QA to shape features and roadmap for Windows
- Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance

- 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture; interop between .NET and native code
- Proven track record delivering production desktop apps with reliability and performance
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading/async
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs, cross-functional collaboration, drive consensus
- User-centric mindset for polished, accessible end-user experiences
