🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Strong interop between .NET and native code understanding.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with quality and maintainability.
- Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication and a user-centric mindset.
- Ideal: experience with C++ and Win32/WinRT/COM.
