📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop app design with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++.
• Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with design, UX, QA, and product on feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle: conception → design → implementation → testing → release → maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues, and compatibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop app dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; familiarity with C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
• Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration; ability to drive consensus.
• User-centric mindset: polished, intuitive, accessible end-user experiences.
