- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration; ability to drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset: polished, intuitive, accessible end-user experiences.
