📋 Description

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase.
• Drive accessibility by integrating UI Automation and ensuring keyboard and screen-reader support.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders on UI/UX planning.
• Own features end-to-end from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop app development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; ideally C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, maintainability.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation or similar).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, and multi-threading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
