📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop app design/architecture (WinUI, C#, XAML; optional C++).
• Define and enforce best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and compatibility.
• Advance accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA to shape roadmap for Windows platform.
• Own full feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ optional.
• Deep Windows app architecture knowledge; .NET and native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive UX.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
