📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and maintainability.
• Advance accessibility: UI Automation and related Windows accessibility frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, and QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own features end-to-end from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and perf.
• Strong accessibility experience with UI Automation and inclusive UI.
• Strong OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, and multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
