📋 Description

• Lead design and build native Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK and WinUI.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory and cross-version Windows support.
• Drive accessibility: integrate UI Automation, ensure keyboard navigation and screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop development with WinSDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, maintainability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading/async.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
