🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop app dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and managed-native interop
- Proven track record shipping production-grade desktop apps for reliability and performance
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation)
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading
- Experience leading tech design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Strong communication; able to articulate tradeoffs and drive cross-functional consensus
- User-centric mindset for polished, accessible end-user experiences
