📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using WinAppSDK/WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define and enforce best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and responsive UI.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation and inclusive UX for keyboard nav and screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and stakeholders on feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle: conception to release and maintenance; ensure quality.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs in Windows desktop dev with WinAppSDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ bonus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
