📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop app development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, UI, and cross-version compatibility (Win10/11+).
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with design, UX researchers, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of features: conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs like UI Automation.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication; ability to trade off and drive consensus.
• User-centered mindset for polished, accessible end-user experiences.
