🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
