- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, and multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
