- Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML).

- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, decisions.
