📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop dev: architecture, performance, memory, UI, compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: integrate UI Automation, ensure keyboard nav and screen readers.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop app dev with WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions.
• Strong communication to articulate tradeoffs and drive cross-functional consensus.
• User-centric mindset building polished, accessible experiences.
