📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, UI responsiveness, and compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation support, keyboard navigation, screen readers, inclusive UI.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders on feature roadmaps.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues, and compatibility problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++/Win32/WinRT/COM a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive UI.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
