🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop development using Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production Windows apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong accessibility API experience (MS UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; able to trade off and drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset focused on polished, accessible UX.
