- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps (reliability, perf).
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication; able to articulate tradeoffs and drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset; build polished, accessible end-user experiences.
