  • 3+ years in Windows desktop app dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, plus C++.

  • Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps (reliability, perf).
  • Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive software.
  • Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, multi-threading.
  • Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
  • Excellent communication; able to articulate tradeoffs and drive consensus.
  • User-centric mindset; build polished, accessible end-user experiences.
