🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Windows app architecture and managed-native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production-grade desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (Microsoft UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; able to articulate tradeoffs and drive cross-functional alignment.
- User-centric mindset; build polished, accessible end-user experiences.
