๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus
- Deep understanding of Windows architecture and interop .NET/native
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software
- Solid OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, and multithreading
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- UI testing: unit/integration/UI automation tests
