🎯 Requirements

- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between managed and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows and building accessible software.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, and multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication skills; ability to articulate tradeoffs and drive consensus.
