🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++/Win32/WinRT/COM a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET–native interop.
- Proven track record delivering production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs, cross-functional collaboration, drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset: build polished, accessible experiences.
