- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
- User-centric mindset focused on polished, accessible UX.
