📋 Description

  • Lead design/architecture of Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML, C++).
  • Define/enforce best practices for Windows desktop dev: architecture, perf, memory.
  • Lead accessibility efforts: UI Automation, focus/keyboard navigation, screen readers.
  • Collaborate with designers/QA to shape features and Windows roadmap.
  • Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release; ensure quality.
  • Identify/resolve bugs, perf/memory issues, rendering/compat problems.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML.
  • Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
  • Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
  • Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
  • Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, multithreading.
  • Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
