🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
