🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive UI.
- Lead technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, and multi-threading.
