🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop app dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML
- Experience with native interop between .NET and native code
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA)
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, async
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture
