🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, multithreading.
- Experience leading technical design, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
