Senior Software Engineer, Windows/Desktop Applications

📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop dev: architecture, performance, memory, and responsive UI.
• Drive accessibility: integrate APIs, ensure keyboard navigation and screen-reader support.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA to shape feature roadmap for Windows.
• Own full lifecycle: conception to maintenance, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop .NET with native code.
• Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps.
• Strong accessibility API experience on Windows (UI Automation).
• Excellent OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, and multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• User-centric mindset for polished, accessible experiences.
