- Strong accessibility API experience on Windows (UI Automation).
- Excellent OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, and multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- User-centric mindset for polished, accessible experiences.
