🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++ (Win32/WinRT/COM).
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
