🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset: build polished, accessible user experiences.
