- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs; cross-functional collaboration.
- User-centric mindset; deliver polished, accessible end-user experiences.
