- Design and develop native Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
- Define best practices for Windows desktop, incl. architecture, performance, memory, and maintainability.
- Advance accessibility via UI Automation and related APIs, ensure focus, keyboard nav, screen readers.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
- Own full feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering and compatibility issues.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows architecture incl. interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive design.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, async/multithreading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
