- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusivity.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and align with teams.
- User-centric mindset focused on polished, accessible UX.
