🎯 Requirements

- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory and concurrency.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
