- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
- User-centric mindset focused on polished, accessible UX.
