- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows and inclusive software.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
