🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with WinUI/Windows App SDK; C#, XAML; native exp (C++).
- Deep understanding of Windows architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessibility.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading/async.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
