- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs like Microsoft UI Automation.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions; strong communicator.
