- Strong accessibility experience: UIA and inclusive UI.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews.
- Excellent communication; articulate tradeoffs and drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset; polished, accessible end-user experiences.
