🎯 Requirements

- Deep Windows app architecture knowledge; interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, threading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
