🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop app dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
- Deep understanding of Windows architecture, interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive design.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, and multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
