- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, and multithreading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset focused on polished, accessible UX.
