🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++/Win32.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record delivering production-quality desktop apps with reliability and maintainability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, threading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and drive cross-functional consensus.
- User-centric mindset; build polished, intuitive, accessible experiences.
