🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop app dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, async
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions
