- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset; focus on polished, accessible experiences.
